FAQ

  • If I am charged by percentage do you charge any revenue I collect as well such as co-pay's?

Short answer is yes. Although you may collect your clients deductible, co-pay, co-insurance, but we still have to do the same work to submit the claim on the back-end. We charge all providers who pay via percentage only on their allowed amounts (amount you agreed with the insurance) which is why if you collect the patients deductible and will receive no payment from insurance we still will charge the allowed amount. If this is something you may be uncomfortable with please contact us as we can figure out a different pricing plan.
