Percentage Based of Allowed Amount

Percentages are based on the volume of your practice. If your monthly receivables are greater than $100,000 It becomes .5% less for every additional $50,000

Flat Rate per Claim

Flat Rate is determined upon how many claims are to be done per month. If your Monthly claims are greater than 1,000 then it becomes $0.5 less for every additional 500 claims.

Hourly Billing Rate

A dedicated team of billers to submit your claims in which it can be done efficiently, and reduce your A/R.

Hourly Consulting Rate

If you are seeking information about how to improve your practices operations we offer Consulting services. We do offer a free introductory offer, if you mention that you were referred from the website

Payment Posting per line

Flat Rate is determined upon how many line items you have been paid for! If you get paid $0 for a line item, because it was paid in another line, we do not charge for it!

Printing and Mailing Service ~ $.85 per mail out

We pack and mail any statements, applications, or anything else that you may need. Although we do charge a 15% service fee for any service that is not traditional print and mail. For example if we have to send an overnight package, we will just charge you a 15% margin of what we paid to the courier.
